Rabbi Meir Eliyahu at the synagogue
Some 700 men and women filled the synagogue for Rabbi Meir Eliyahu's shiur on "Ani LeDodi VeDodi Li" – the service of the month of Elul.
On Wednesday, 3 Elul 5785, about 700 men and women came to hear Rabbi Meir Eliyahu speak on "Ani LeDodi VeDodi Li" – doing everything for the sake of Heaven in the month of Elul. Rabbi Avraham Ben Baruch opened the evening with words on teshuvah.
The evening was made possible by Shai Matatov, who worked to bring the Rav and publicise the event. Sifrei kodesh were offered at cost.
Through the chairman, Nissim Chai Dadon, the synagogue distributes food baskets to families in need and to families of Torah scholars – 100% of donations go to the families. Donations and details: 054-7351415.
