The Baba Sali's hillula at the synagogue
On the night of 3 Shevat the synagogue celebrated the hillula of the Baba Sali, with Rabbi Tamir Malul, the students and the avreichim.
On the night of 3 Shevat the synagogue celebrated the hillula of the Baba Sali, together with Rabbi Tamir Malul and the students and avreichim who come every day to learn Gemara in chavruta. The paytan Rabbi Mordechai Fahima lifted the evening with song and piyutim in honor of the Baba Sali.
A festive meal was served, and the avreichim shared words of Torah and stories of the Baba Sali's holiness – recalling the deep bond between Rabbeinu Yoram Abergel and the Baba Sali, and how much the Baba Sali loved him.
The public is warmly invited to the shiurim and prayers.
